As you transition from you initial perfectly qualified set of users to a larger community, you need to have some community programs in place to keep new members engaged.
It’s important during onboarding and after that you stay top of mind for users. One of the ways to do that is to be present is more channels than just your primary community location.
A monthly email newsletter with is a great way to do that.
